GERA’s mission is to contribute to a confident, healthy and prosperous East End by getting people into or back into work, helping them stay and progress in work and bringing a wider choice of work opportunities within their grasp. We are anchored in Greater Easterhouse and Parkhead but connect to opportunities in the wider conurbation; Greater Easterhouse and Parkhead gives to and draws from that wider economy.

The Pathfinder is changing to reflect a wider area. We are now aiming to include information from the whole of East Glasgow, from East End to Baillieston and Easterhouse.
