Shenaz Ahmed is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. 'Progress' and 'change' have been peripheral concepts in her professional life. She spent the earliest part of her career working on marketing and developmental campaigns for organisations like the NHS.  However, in recent years, her focus has shifted to facilitating 'change' for individuals to aid progression to a healthier way of being.  Taking a holistic approach to the treatment and care of her clients, Shenaz's practice utilises evidence-based cognition altering techniques and coping strategies to treat individuals presenting with a multitude of problems and disorders.  In the field of training, she aims to promote equality and unity whilst bridging the east-west divide that many minority ethnic individuals and communities face.
